MOSCOW, November 24 Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed the director of the department for regulation of agricultural markets of the ministry, Maxim Titov, as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, dismissing Deputy Minister Ivan Lebedev from his post; the corresponding orders were published on the official portal of legal acts.
“To appoint Maxim Aleksandrovich Titov as Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation,” says the order signed by the Prime Minister on November 24.
Titov has headed the department for regulation of agricultural markets in the ministry since January 21, 2019, and before his appointment to this position he worked as deputy director of the large business department of Rosselkhozbank.
According to another order, Ivan Lebedev was relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture at his own request. He has held the position since November 30, 2022; Previously, since July 2017, he was Secretary of State — Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
