MOSCOW, November 30 The situation on the global oil market is currently stable, all countries, primarily Russia and Saudi Arabia, are fully fulfilling their obligations within the framework of OPEC+, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
«I believe that the situation is quite stable. This year we are seeing a significant increase in demand, about 2.5 million barrels per day during 2023, and today this has been confirmed as part of the assessment of the current situation and forecasts for next year,” Novak answered the question about the current state of the global oil market.
“As for the implementation (of the OPEC+ deal — ed.), Russia fulfills its obligations in full; we have always been committed to this position. Other countries, too, primarily Saudi Arabia, as the largest exporter, are fulfilling the obligations they have undertaken in full. Countries that have made voluntary commitments are fulfilling them,” added the Deputy Prime Minister.
