
MOSCOW, December 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which one hundred percent of the shares of the Cypriot company in the authorized capital of the Northern Capital Gateway (the management company of Pulkovo Airport) are transferred to the ownership of VSS Holding, the corresponding document is published on the official legal information portal.

"One hundred percent of shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company "Air Gates of the Northern Capital" owned by Thalita Trading Limited (hereinafter referred to as the foreign holding company), subject to transfer to the ownership of the BBCC Holding company in the manner and under the conditions determined by the government of the Russian Federation,” says the text of the decree.
The voting rights of foreign companies with a stake in the Northern Capital Air Gate are temporarily transferred to the companies Advanced Industrial and Infrastructure Technologies-7 and the Northern Capital Air Gate. It is emphasized that these measures are necessary to protect the national interests and economic security of the country in connection with the impact of sanctions.
At the same time, the document notes that foreigners can restore their rights by submitting applications to the holding, but they will be required conclude corporate agreements with other members of the company in compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
In order to preserve the property rights of legal entities indirectly owning the Northern Capital Gateway company, the holding will include all shares — both foreign and Russian — management company of Pulkovo airport.
The authorized capital of VVSS Holding will be 169 billion rubles.
