Russia will deepen the additional voluntary reduction in oil supplies to 500 thousand barrels per day and extend it until the end of the first quarter of 2024, the export reduction will be calculated from the average level for May and June will be 300 thousand barrels per day of oil and 200 thousand barrels of petroleum products, follows from the statement of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
«Russia will deepen the additional voluntary reduction in oil supplies by 300 thousand barrels per day for another 200 thousand barrels per day to reach 500 thousand barrels per day, and will extend this voluntary supply reduction until the end of the first quarter of 2024 in coordination with some OPEC+ countries,” said a statement published on the official Telegram channel of the Russian government.< br />«This reduction will be calculated based on the average level of exports for May and June 2023 and will amount to 300 thousand barrels per day of oil and 200 thousand barrels per day of petroleum products,» the message also says.
