MOSCOW, November 29 Chairman of the Legislation Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union Belarus and Russia, the head of the State Duma Rules Commission Viktor Pinsky received the Order of Friendship, the deputy’s press service reported.
«For his great contribution to the development of parliamentarism and active legislative activity,» says the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
The award was presented to Pinsky by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko.
Previously, as chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Primorsky Territory, Pinsky worked on an ongoing basis with trade unions in China (Heilongjiang province), Japan (Hokuriku region) and the Republic of Korea, the press service noted.
The Order of Friendship is awarded for special merits in strengthening peace, friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between peoples.
