MOSCOW, December 1A former tax inspector from the Oryol region will be tried for taking a bribe; for 460 thousand rubles, the woman did not include one of the Oryol companies in the tax audit plan, the press service of the SUSK for the region reported.
«The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Oryol Region has completed an investigation into the criminal case against the former chief state tax inspector of one of the departments of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Oryol Region, who was charged with committing a crime under clause «c» of Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe),” the message says.
According to the SusK, on September 1, the accused received 460 thousand rubles in bribe from a resident of the city of Orel in order to not to include a limited liability company, the general director of which is the bribe giver, in the plans of on-site tax audits of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Oryol region.
As clarified by the regional prosecutor's office, the woman held the position of chief state tax inspector of the department of pre-audit analysis and planning of on-site tax audits of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Oryol region. It is noted that the case was sent to the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of the city of Orel.
