MOSCOW, December 1. The music channel «Ayva TV» was fined 500 thousand rubles for LGBT* propaganda in the video of Sergei Lazarev, reports the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.
We are talking about a 2017 video for the song «So Beautiful» «, which was broadcast by the channel.
The Vyborg District Court of St. Petersburg considered the propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships in the clip and brought the media to administrative responsibility.
“»It is worth paying attention to the fragment presented by a sequential change of frames demonstrating interacting hands (caressing each other), […] belonging to two different people of the same sex, that is, potentially perceived as a tactile, sensual interaction of persons broadcasting their homosexual preferences,” the message says.
The full resolution has not yet been prepared. It is known that the fine for the TV channel is 500 thousand rubles.
Sergey Lazarev and representatives of Quince TV have not yet commented on the situation.
