MOSCOW, December 3. Russian artist Sergei Lazarev removed the video for the song “So Beautiful” from his Youtube channel amid a scandal with accusations of LGBT propaganda*.
The 2017 video recently disappeared from the musician’s official channel. As of November 23, the video “So Beautiful” was still present among Lazarev’s videos on video hosting; at that time the video had received more than 30 million views.
Previously, the music channel “Ayva TV” was fined half a million rubles for broadcasting a video for the song “So Beautiful». The Vyborg District Court saw the video as propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships and brought the media to administrative responsibility.
