Money will be transferred no later than 15 days after submitting the application
Rules for assigning and making one-time payments to families with children who suffered from Ukrainian aggression after February 24, 2022 were developed by the Russian Ministry of Labor. Today, public discussion of the new document has begun on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
Let us recall that a one-time payment to families with children who suffered from Ukrainian aggression is provided for by the draft presidential decree, which was discussed on the portal in August of this year. It will amount to 100 thousand rubles.
The document developed by the ministry states that a one-time payment will be made from January 1 next year to one of the parents or legal representatives of the injured child. In this case, the recipient of the payment must be a citizen of Russia and permanently reside in our country. The payment will be assigned for each affected child under the age of 18.
To receive the payment, you will need to submit an application indicating bank details for transferring money to the territorial body of the Social Fund of Russia. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the identity document of the injured child, SNILS (if available), copies of documents proving the identity and powers of the child’s legal representative. You will also need to attach a copy of a medical report confirming the injury (wound, trauma, contusion) of the injured child, indicating the place, time and cause of injury in new regions of Russia and in regions adjacent to the areas where the SVO was carried out.
Payment will be assigned within 10 working days after submitting the application and documents. The money is transferred no later than 5 working days after the decision on the appointment is made. There will be no fees for banking services for transactions with transferred funds. Payments will be assigned regardless of receipt of other payments.
