«Payments to unified treasury accounts through the government services portal. The law obliges us to make such payments free on our part, but we considered that it would be correct to reset interbank fees for these operations to zero, which is what we, in fact, provided for,» — he said at the NSPK technology conference.
Such payments include, for example, tax payments. To achieve this, the Mir payment system has introduced a new account code for payments made on the State Services portal.
For payments with this code, commissions will not be taken from banks, and commissions that banks paid each other will also be reset to zero.
