MOSCOW, December 8 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to finalize the procedure for extrajudicial bankruptcy of citizens by August 1 in order to transfer it into electronic form as much as possible.
«The Government of the Russian Federation should ensure that the procedure for extrajudicial bankruptcy of citizens is finalized in order to maximize its transfer to electronic form and eliminate the need for citizens to receive documents and certificates on paper. Deadline — August 1, 2024,» is stated in the list of presidential instructions published on Friday on the Kremlin website.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to “ensure widespread awareness of the population about new opportunities for carrying out extrajudicial bankruptcy procedures for citizens,” including using the public services portal.
