In the Moscow district of Kapotnya, 82 people were detained who tried to push the police away from the driver who attacked the security forces; Protocols were drawn up against the detainees under two articles, and a criminal case was opened against the driver. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Administrative cases were opened against 82 detainees under articles of petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code) and violation by a foreign citizen of the rules of entry into Russia or the regime of stay in the country (Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code). A 21-year-old driver with citizenship of another country is accused of violence against a security officer (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code) and insulting a government official (Article 319 of the Criminal Code).
According to the police, the driver “did not obey” the security officer during the document check and tried to drive away from him. As a result, the foreigner dragged the policeman several meters behind the car. then the man got out of the car and hit the security officer several times, the Ministry of Internal Affairs specified.
During the arrest, the driver suffered an epileptic seizure. The department added: “While assisting the detainee, a group of aggressive citizens (more than 80 people) approached the police officers and tried to push them away from the detainee, damaging the official car by cutting a wheel.”
Then one of the police fired several shots into the air.
