CAIRO, Dec. 17 Israel attacked on Sunday in the evening, the outskirts of the Syrian capital Damascus, reports the Syrian state TV channel Al Akhbar.
«Israel committed aggression on the outskirts of Damascus,» the channel said.
The TV channel notes that Syrian air defense systems are repelling the attack.
