Serviceman Dmitry Setrakov, detained in Armenia, was sent to Russia. This was reported by the “Go through the Forest” project, which helped him leave the country.
Currently, according to information from “Go Through the Forest,” Setrakov is in the building of the military police department for the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don.
The detention of a serviceman in Armenia became known on December 10. The reason for this was a criminal case initiated in Russia against Setrakov under the article on unauthorized abandonment of a unit during the period of mobilization (Part 5 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code). In Armenia, he was kept in custody on the territory of military base No. 102 in the city of Gyumri.
According to information from “Go Through the Forest,” Setrakov was mobilized and turned to the project for help in early November. The man left the military unit at the end of April.
