“We are in a martial law, and a special military operation is leaving its mark. Polling stations, especially in the front-line zone — 15-kilometer along the Dnieper — they will also work. All security measures are in place. But even if these measures are violated, there will be some kind of threat, there are backup options where people can vote,» he told reporters.< br>
