BERLIN, December 29 Almost all formats of interaction between Russian and German parties were abolished or frozen at the initiative of Berlin, this is not Moscow’s choice, Russian Ambassador to Berlin Sergei Nechaev said in an interview.
“As for current contacts, almost all formats of interaction have been abolished or frozen at the initiative of the German side,” Nechaev said.
The diplomat emphasized that this is not the choice of the Russian side.
