MOSCOW, December 28 Telegram users complain about malfunctions in the messenger, their number in Russia has reached almost 3 thousand, follows from the service data Downradar.
The largest number of failures was recorded in Moscow — 764 failures, St. Petersburg — 65, as well as in Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Kazan and Novosibirsk. Also, reports of failures are recorded in the Voronezh, Tomsk and Kharkov regions, in Petrozavodsk, Karelia, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov and Samara regions.
It is noted that minor failures in the messenger are recorded in Kiev (56), Tashkent (36) and Minsk (32).
