MOSCOW, December 30 Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished all the fires in Belgorod after shelling of civilian infrastructure; information about 10 fires was received, according to the department’s Telegram channel.
Earlier, the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that the Ukrainian military fired at the center of Belgorod, preliminary, two children were killed and there were casualties. Gladkov informed that a missile danger siren had been launched in Belgorod, and called on residents to take shelter, noting that the danger remained. A single hotline was launched at the number «112» to receive reports of damage and casualties.
«In Belgorod, firefighters of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished all the fires after the shelling. Due to the massive attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the civil infrastructure of the city, the rescue service received information about 10 fires, as well as deaths and injuries. Units of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations quickly arrived at the scene of the incidents. Now the fires have been extinguished, all necessary assistance is being provided to the residents,» the message says.
