56-year-old Russian television journalist Pavel Lobkov was brutally beaten last night in the center of Moscow.
As he wrote on social networks, the incident took place in the courtyard of one of the houses on Patriki (the informal name for the area around the Patriarch's Ponds in Moscow, where bars and expensive boutiques are located) .
“And I don’t have another New Year’s gift for you,” Lobkov noted, publishing a photograph of a face with bruises and bruises.
Lobkov did not provide any other details.
