MOSCOW, December 29The head of the Russian development institute «Innopraktika» Katerina Tikhonova and her first deputy Natalya Popova entered the capital of the Chelyabinsk Scientific and Technical Center «Drive Technology», according to the organization's message.

It is clarified that Investment Management FTI LLC, owned by Katerina Tikhonova and Natalya Popova, acquired a minority stake of 10% in the capital of Privodnoy Tekhniki.

Natalya Popova confirmed the investment by making a contribution to the authorized capital of Privodnoy Tekhniki. “We acquired a stake in the company, including through a bank loan secured by property,” Popova explained. The press service of the Privodnaya Tekhnika Group of Companies also confirmed the deal.

In 2012, the Foundation for Supporting Research and Project Activities of Students, Postgraduate Students and Young Scientists «National Intellectual Development» and the Center for National Intellectual Reserve of Moscow State University were established. In 2013, these organizations began to operate under the brand «Innopraktika».
