< strong>MOSCOW, December 29 The new twelfth season of the vocal show “The Voice” will air on Channel One on January 19, the press service reports.
The mentors of the 12th “Voice” will be Polina Gagarina, Anton Belyaev and Vladimir Presnyakov. They will also be joined by singer Zivert.
The project, as in the last season, will be led by Yana Churikova.
128 singers from Russia and neighboring countries will take part in the blind auditions.
According to the terms of the show, each mentor must select 12 people for his team, then the vocalists will go through elimination stages, and in the spring the name of the winner will be known.
The selection rules allow mentors to compete for their favorite performers each other using the «lock» buttons.
The show will traditionally air on Friday evening immediately after the “Time” program.
