MOSCOW, January 1 Unemployment in Russia is at a minimum level — 2.9%, this has never happened, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a conversation with wounded SVO participants in the second branch of the Vishnevsky hospital.
““We have the lowest unemployment rate in the entire history of Russia — 2.9%, this has never happened,” said the head of state.
