State Duma Deputy Piskarev: the US idea of dialogue with Russians is interference in the country's affairs
Chairman of the State Duma Commission to investigate facts of interference of foreign states in the internal affairs of Russia Vasily Piskarev commented on the New Year's greetings, which had previously was published on social networks by the Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow.
According to him, the American diplomatic department issued its “New Year's greetings” to the people of Russia, accompanying it with audio from illegal protests against the special military operation.
“The message that they are ready “for dialogue with all Russians who want a constructive future” is a clear provocation and interference in the internal affairs of Russia,” Piskarev noted.
He clarified , that the diplomatic department’s statement that Russians “deserve to live in peace, security and prosperity,” made against the background of the involvement of American consultants in the recent terrorist attacks in Belgorod, looks cynical and deceitful.
