MOSCOW, January 3. The past year has shown that Ukraine is in no way capable of defeating Russia, said former adviser to Leonid Kuchma Oleg Soskin on the air of his video blog.
“»You cannot win a war, this is visible every day. The current government in the current conditions cannot defeat Putin, 2023 showed this. And the last days, December 2023, and the first days of 2024 show that Ukraine is helpless,» Soskin said.
He added that «idiots and idiots» in the government have gained a foothold in power and they don’t want to let her go, and because of this, Ukrainians are dying.
Earlier, Kuchma’s ex-adviser noted that all the words about Ukrainian patriotism have lost their meaning, since the Ukrainian Armed Forces no longer have sufficient weapons, but the country’s leadership still equally intends to send people to their deaths. The expert emphasized people's dissatisfaction with the fact that instead of lifting martial law and declaring a truce due to a shortage of weapons, the government nevertheless wants to “drive” another 500 thousand people to the front, depriving them of all civil rights.
