In Voronezh, more than 100 houses were left without heating in 18-degree frost, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the city hall.

Reportedly, the cause was an accident in heating networks; repair and restoration work is already underway.

“Right now, multi-apartment households are being disconnected — 103 households,” the message says.

The consequences of the accident are being planned eliminated by Wednesday evening.
