MOSCOW, January 3 Milan returned footballer Matteo Gabbia from loan in the Spanish «Villarreal», according to the official website of the Italian club.
The Rossoneri prematurely terminated the lease agreement of the 24-year-old defender, which was valid until the end of this season.
Gabbia managed to play 13 matches for Villarreal in all tournaments. He has 51 appearances and scored one goal for Milan's main team. The defender's contract with the club expires in the summer of 2027.
