Khinshtein called for a migrant who hit a child in the Rostov region to be judged with all severity
The day before, information began to spread on the Internet that in the village of Krasny, Rostov region, on January 1, migrants walked down the street with weapons. One of them hit the child. After some time, he wanted to call in a whole gang and called for “killing everyone over seven years old.”
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Khinshtein, commenting on this situation, said that such people behave because they feel impunity.< /p>
«These people behave this way because they feel their impunity, they believe that the diaspora will come to an agreement and “get them off”, and the police will not interfere. We need to do everything so that this feeling of impunity disappears from them. in their places,” wrote the head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications.
He also believes that first of all it is necessary to establish the citizenship of the criminals. According to him, if citizenship is “by birth, judged with all severity, if acquired, judged with all severity and deprived of citizenship.”
In addition, he called for checking the availability of permission to store and carry weapons. Khinshtein also added that his colleagues from the Russian Guard are already dealing with this issue.
