DONETSK, January 6 Ukrainian troops attacked Gorlovka using a UAV, the DPR representative office at the Joint Control Center reported and coordination of issues related to war crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) in the Telegram channel.
«Shelling was recorded from the Air Force in the following directions: 12.10 — the settlement of Gorlovka (Nikitovsky district): dropping of explosives from a UAV; 13.20 — the settlement of Gorlovka (Nikitovsky district): a kamikaze UAV,» the representative office said in a statement.
Gorlovka is located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk, the city is home to the Stirol chemical concern and coal mining enterprises. This is one of the largest populated areas of the DPR; before the start of the conflict in Donbass, the population of Gorlovka numbered more than 250 thousand people.
