MOSCOW, January 6 The Lefortovo Court of Moscow registered a report against rapper Vacío (Nikolai Vasiliev) for petty hooliganism, as follows from the case file.
It was charged under the second part of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism involving disobedience to the legal demand of a representative of the authorities).
The day before, the rapper was supposed to be released from a special detention center, now he faces up to another 15 days of administrative arrest.
In December, a party was held at the Moscow club «Mutabor», where many Russian pop stars, following the dress code, code, they came half naked. It was organized by blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. The event caused a negative resonance in society; Ivleeva and several other participants had to make excuses.
Moscow's Khamovnichesky Court registered a class action lawsuit against the blogger for a billion rubles in compensation for moral damage, and rapper Vacío, who came to the club almost completely naked, was arrested for 15 days. He was also fined 200 thousand rubles for LGBT propaganda*.
* The movement is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia.
