MOSCOW, January 7. Actor Christian Oliver's wife, Jessica Klepser, has issued a statement following the plane crash that claimed the lives of her husband and their two daughters.
A message from Klepser and her family was posted on the Wundabar Pilates Instagram page*, in which she works.
«We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash on January 4, 2024, which took the lives of our beloved family members. Our daughters Madita (12 years old) and Annick (10 years old) were returning from a vacation in the Caribbean with their father Christian when The single-engine plane they were flying on developed engine problems and crashed into the ocean,” the statement says.
As the actor’s relatives noted, his death will be deeply felt by all who knew him. «Please respect the family's request for privacy during this difficult time,» the post read.
At the same time, “in lieu of flowers,” everyone was invited to make a donation through the crowdfunding platform.
Previously, the national police of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines reported that four people, including the pilot and passenger — an American with two children crashed on Thursday on a private plane after taking off from the airport. Local fishermen and divers rushed to help, but no one could be saved. As reported by TMZ, 51-year-old Oliver and his two daughters died in the plane crash.
