The security forces opened an administrative case against Nazhmudin and Selimkhan Zekeraev, the director and founder of the municipal company SibirEkoStroy LLC, whom Tatyana Chernaya, a resident of Severouralsk, accused of beating after complaining about uncleaned snow. This was reported by the Yekaterinburg telegram channel “Svet”.
According to the authors of the publication, a report was drawn up against the Zekeraevs under the article on beatings (Article 6.1.1 of the Administrative Code). According to the law, the court can impose a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles on the owners of an organization that acts as a contractor for snow removal, arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to one hundred and twenty hours.
On the evening of January 8, the publication “Evening Vedomosti” with reference to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, it was reported that, following the beating of Chernaya, the security forces opened a criminal case for hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code).
In early January, road services left a pile of snow near the house of a resident of Severouralsk, which limited access to the entrance and completely blocked the entrance to the garage. The EDDS did not respond to the women’s appeals, and SibirEkoStroy did not answer the phone. Then Chernaya spoke about the problem on social networks.
Having received no response to the problem, a resident of Severouralsk installed two signs in the snowdrifts near her house: one said “A gift to children from Zekeraev”, and the second — “Pile of the mayor’s name Mironova.» After the names of Svetlana Mironova and Nazhmudin Zekeraev appeared, the head of the Northern Administrative District of the Sverdlovsk Region, Alexander Verwein, drew attention to Chernaya’s appeals. Soon the snow was removed.
“After these signs, the honorary resident of the city Zekeraev himself came to the house with his son. Together they pulled me by the hair, kicked me and coughed in my face. They forced me to apologize for the sign,” Chernaya wrote in the comments under a post with a photo of the signs. She also attached a photo of the abrasion and a certificate indicating that she went to the doctors with a bruise and sprain.
