MOSCOW, January 8 Russian fighter of Armenian origin Arman Tsarukyan will hold fight with Brazilian fighter Charles Oliveira at the UFC 300 tournament, said General Director of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Dana White on the social network X.
The fight will take place on the night of April 13-14 in Las Vegas. The winner of the confrontation will meet with the lightweight title holder, Russian fighter Islam Makhachev, in the summer.
Tsarukyan is 27 years old, he has 21 victories in 24 professional fights. The 33-year-old Oliveira has 34 wins and 9 losses in MMA.
White also announced that American fighter Dustin Poirier and Frenchman Benoit Saint-Denis will meet at UFC 299, which will take place on March 9.
