The security forces took rapper Nikolai Vasiliev (VACÍO) after his first arrest for participating in Anastasia Ivleeva’s party to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was given a summons to appear on January 9. This was reported by Moskovsky Komsomolets with reference to Alexei Lobarev, a member of the Public Monitoring Committee, who visited the performer in the special detention center on January 7.
According to Lobarev, the rapper recognized him because he also checked the special detention center where Vasiliev served his first arrest. A member of the PMC claims that in a conversation with him, the young man drew attention to his non-involvement in the LGBT community. The first 15 days under the article on petty hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) VACÍO was imposed because of the video in which a sock was removed from his penis.
“What actually happened was the following: I was walking around the club with a friend, several people came up. I didn’t immediately realize that two of them were young men dressed as women. And one of them brazenly tore off my sock,” Loberev recounted the words of the performer. At the same time, as a member of the Public Monitoring Committee noted, the rapper did not understand why a second administrative case was opened against him under the same article and he was again placed under arrest.
Attention to the fact that on January 5, Vasiliev, who was born on December 22 arrested, never released, SOTA was the first to contact him. The police convinced journalists that the performer had freed himself before their arrival. VACÍO himself told Lobarev that the security forces immediately took him to the military registration and enlistment office near the Belorusskaya station, where they gave him a summons. Afterwards, the rapper was taken to the police department under the pretext of a professional conversation.
The police continued to talk with Vasiliev about the situation at the “naked” party organized by Anastasia Ivleeva. Lobarev recounted the defense version: after leading questions from the security forces, the rapper repeated how he cursed the people who tore off his sock; because of what was said, a report was drawn up against him and he was taken to court.”
The party with the dress code “almost naked” was held at the Moscow club Mutabor on December 20. After it, party participants began to massively apologize for attending it, Vasilyev was sent under arrest, and Mutabor canceled events for the next month. Tomorrow the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow will consider the protocol against the club.
