Sales channels for 3D models, education appeared on «My Export»

MOSCOW, January 9. The “Marketplace Selection” service on the “My Export” platform continues to develop, providing more and more opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses in the field of export: now through the service, companies can access 200 international online sales channels, which opens up new prospects for companies wishing to sell their products and services abroad, reports the Russian Export Center (part of VEB.RF).
«The Marketplace Selection service greatly facilitates the search for a sales channel and allows the user to focus on their core activity — successful sales through new online channels. It helps to find marketplaces that are best suited for selling a specific product or service abroad, and also makes recommendations on registration and promotion of goods and services on these sites,” the message says.

Over the entire period of operation of the “My Export” platform, the “Marketplace Selection” service is in third place in terms of the number of services provided. In 2023, 1,829 companies received more than 2.5 thousand services through the service. It is most popular in Moscow, the Moscow region, Bashkiria, St. Petersburg and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The service is especially in demand among microenterprises and small businesses.

Among the latest updates in the service is the expansion of sales channels by adding platforms for the sale of 3D models, educational courses and music distribution throughout the world. Partners such as Spotify, YouTube Music, Jamendo, Sketchfab, Turbosquid, Thinkific and others have been added to the list of Marketplace Matching partners in 2023. This allowed the service to continue to increase access for small and medium-sized enterprises to support programs within the REC.
The main advantage of the service is providing access to various marketplaces in foreign countries. During 2023, platforms for sale on local marketplaces were added in the Republic of South Africa, Brazil, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Nigeria, Australia, China, South Korea and other countries.

In addition, in the past year, the knowledge base of the “Marketplace Selection” service was replenished with more than a dozen new instructions for registering on marketplaces (B2Brazil, Bobgroup, Jumia, Uzum, Zando and others). Entrepreneurs can receive instructions using the service. Such instructions help users quickly and easily master new sites and begin active sales in other countries. Detailed information about 27 national stores has also been added, including success stories of Russian resident companies represented there.

National stores are authorized collective stores of Russian goods on foreign or international electronic trading platforms, promoted by the REC for ensuring effective sales of Russian goods in target export markets.
