Brazilians will be the first to receive the latest models, then these cars will most likely reach other Latin American countries.
The Brazilian division of Chevrolet announced that it will launch six new products in 2024. At the moment, only one of the upcoming models has been announced: before the end of the first quarter, dealers will have the restyled Spin compact van. However, local specialized media already have guesses about the rest of the premieres. But first things first.
Recall that the Chevrolet Spin has been produced in Brazil since 2012, the three-row van is built on the basis of the Chevrolet Cobalt sedan familiar to Russians (in the Russian Federation the four-door was also sold under the Ravon brand). The previous full restyling was carried out in 2018, and two years later the model was slightly refreshed.

There are no official images of the once again modernized compact van, but the paparazzi have already come across camouflaged prototypes. So, judging by those photos, the Chevy Spin’s appearance will match the brand’s other latest models: in particular, the MPV will receive double-decker headlights in the style of the Montana pickup truck and the Trailblazer and Trax/Seeker SUVs. The interior will have a different front panel, digital instrumentation and a new multimedia system. It is assumed that Spin will retain atmospheric 1.8.
As for other premieres, Brazil also saw the new Chevrolet S10 frame pickup truck (similar to the Colorado) and the Trailblazer SUV (yes, there are two models with the same name in the brand’s range, but the SUV is not represented on the Brazilian market). In addition, local media believe that the Blazer EV electric crossover and the restyled Onix family (sedan and hatchback) will go on sale this year. Well, we would also add the updated Tracker crossover to the list — the local version is already in its fourth year.
