WASHINGTON, January 8Paul Giamatti won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Comedy/Musical for his role in The Leftovers, the award is presented at the 81st ceremony in Los Angeles.

The Golden Globe is awarded annually in more than 20 categories for achievements in films and TV series. The ceremony takes place in Los Angeles and will be broadcast this year on CBS.
