LUGANSK, January 11 The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at Rubezhnoye in the LPR from American M-777 howitzers, the city administration reported on the Telegram channel.

“In Rubezhnoye, since the very morning, nationalists have continued to strike social facilities in the city, civilians and their homes. The Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) shelled the city 18 times from American M-777 howitzers. 155-caliber shells exploded in different areas," — the publication says.
As a result of the Ukrainian attack, a private house on Engels Street was damaged. No civilians were harmed. An investigative team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the military commandant's office are working on the spot.
M777 howitzers of 155 mm caliber are supplied to Kyiv by the United States and its NATO partners. Ukrainian troops use them to shell cities and towns of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, causing civilian deaths.
At the end of last week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the city of Stakhanov in the LPR from the HIMARS MLRS. Then there were also no casualties.
