MOSCOW, January 12 A number of users of the Yandex smart home have encountered short-term difficulties with managing devices, specialists are working to eliminate them, the company commented.
In particular, as the agency’s correspondent found out, the devices do not connect to the “Smart Home with Alice” application.
““A number of users are experiencing short-term difficulties with managing Yandex smart home devices. Our specialists are already working to resolve them,” the company said.
On the Downradar website, users also note failures in the operation of the smart home , the problem is observed in all regions of Russia. The first messages appeared around 18.00 Moscow time. As of 19.00 Moscow time, 242 crash reports were recorded.
