MOSCOW, January 18 The Moscow Regional Duma decided to early termination of the powers of deputy Kirill Zhigarev during the 72nd meeting, the Moscow region parliament reported.
““During the 72nd meeting, the Moscow Regional Duma decided to early terminate the powers of deputy Kirill Zhigarev. The decision was made on the basis of a statement received from him,” notes the official Telegram channel of the Moscow Regional Duma.
Previously, the deputy served as deputy chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma, head of the LDPR faction and was a member of the committee on transport and information technology.
After termination of powers, the mandate will be vacant. There will be no by-elections; a candidate for the vacant mandate will be nominated in accordance with the party list.
