MOSCOW, January 20 Ukrainian application for Internet banking » Monobank has encountered a technical failure; it is impossible to carry out transactions through the application, the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua reports in its Telegram channel.
«There is a large-scale failure at Monobank… Now it is impossible to carry out transactions through the bank,» the publication says.
As the publication notes with reference to the co-owner of Monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky, a powerful DDoS attack was carried out on the bank.
