An intoxicated radiologist at the Kirov city hospital could not describe the images of children for 4 hours, locking herself in her office with her colleague. In response to all the reproaches regarding her behavior, the woman stated that her grandmother had died and she had the right to drink about it. The Shot Telegram channel reported this on Tuesday, January 23. One of the victims’ mothers began filming the doctor’s condition.
According to the resource, boys from the ninth grade of Kirov school No. 74 underwent fluorography for the military registration and enlistment office in the city hospital. They completed the procedure in an hour and sat outside the office, waiting for the description to be given to them. “Among them, according to their mothers, there were patients with ARVI and Covid,” the publication notes. “The doctor did not leave the office and did not respond to requests for the examination results.”
The students contacted their parents, who immediately rushed to the place. In the hospital office, adults found a female radiologist and her assistant, from whom, according to witnesses, there was a strong odor of alcohol. The doctor could barely stand on her feet and stated that her grandmother had died. At first, the woman denied that she drank alcohol, allegedly she only took a sedative. But then she said that she “can afford” to drink in memory of her late grandmother.
As a result, the schoolchildren went home without medical documents. The boys' parents claim that after their arrival, the hospital administration immediately locked themselves in their offices, and the staff did not respond to the call. Now the parents of the students who suffered from unskilled work have filed a complaint with the police and demand that the situation be sorted out.
