S.- PETERSBURG, January 23The vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of the Markscheider Kunst band Sergei Efremenko died in St. Petersburg, the band reports.
“Seryoga left us in the afternoon,” notes the group’s page on the VKontakte social network.
Markscheider Kunst is a musical group formed in 1992 in St. Petersburg. At first, the group preferred the rockabilly style, then blues elements began to appear in their work, and later Latin, Jamaican and ethnic motifs.
