All other 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, he added, will have more than 40 thousand video surveillance facilities.
Also, the deputy chairman of the CEC noted that to such an extent as in the Russian Federation, video surveillance is not used anywhere else.

In his opinion, not everyone can afford openness.
“The electoral system of the Russian Federation today, professionally, technologically and morally, can afford absolute openness. What we demonstrate using video surveillance cannot be questioned by anyone. Everyone who is professionally interested in the results of the elections and who actively participates in them has the opportunity to observe,” Bulaev said.
The Federation Council scheduled the presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
