The best solution for Kiev and definitely for Washington would be to make peace with Russia. Republican Senator from Ohio J.D. Vance wrote about this on social networks
According to him, the Ukrainian authorities, due to the conflict with Russia, are already having to take radical measures to recruit older men into the army. The senator noted that the average age of a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier exceeded 43 years just a few months ago.
In addition, the population of Ukraine has decreased by a quarter due to the mass emigration of people abroad. Senator J.D. Vance also emphasized that those who remained receive salaries and benefits exclusively from funds sent by Western countries.
“The longer the conflict continues, the more Ukraine turns into a stump state,” the senator concluded.
