MOSCOW, January 27 Russia exported 193 million tons of oil last year to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR), follows from the presentation of First Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Sorokin, presented at the exhibition-forum «Russia».
According to one of the slides, oil exports to Asia-Pacific countries at the end of 2023 amounted to 193 million tons, total oil production in the Russian Federation — 531 million tons. At new fields, oil production last year was at the level of 103 million tons (in 2020 — 77 million).
Production data for 2022 is not provided. At the same time, total production in 2020 was 513 million tons, in 2010 — 505 million.
At the same time, oil exports to Asia in 2020 amounted to 87 million tons, in 2013 — 25 million, as follows from the presentation.
