MOSCOW, January 26 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to include the creation and launch of small spacecraft in the national project on the space services industry by July with the participation of young scientists, according to the Kremlin website.
«The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Education of Russia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the state corporation Roscosmos, should ensure the inclusion in the national project being developed for the formation of the domestic industry of space services, technologies and products of activities involving the creation and launch into outer space of small spacecraft with the participation of individuals students in general education organizations, educational organizations of higher education, and young scientists, the creation and development on the basis of general education organizations and educational organizations of higher education of a network of ground-based research complexes focused on working with small spacecraft launched into outer space, including ensuring the possibility of attracting to the operation of such a network of ground-based research complexes of interested foreign citizens and organizations,” says the list of instructions.
