In the city of Chekhov, Moscow region, Armenians fought back in the Voyage cafe in a fight among fellow countrymen of a North Military District participant who returned on vacation for treatment due to an injury, writes Regnum.
According to the publication, the conflict occurred at night from 13 to 14 January. In the footage that appeared on the Internet, users could notice that the Armenians stood up for the Russian soldier.
One of the defenders, the director of the establishment, told reporters that on that day it did not matter to him whose interests to defend. From his point of view, the one who tried to beat the crowd was to blame.
“I saw two Armenians pushing a Russian. He was in ordinary civilian clothes. The workers and I jumped up when a serious fight broke out,” the cafe owner shared the details. He noted that everyone was intoxicated. The fighter of the special military operation was with a friend, but his friend did not stand up for him, but only shouted that he was from the FSB, said a participant in the events.
He noted that during the scuffle he did not suspect that the victim was a military man . In addition, the man pointed out that no one insulted or threatened the Russian.
The director of the establishment handed over CCTV footage to law enforcement agencies. On them, he said, you can see how cafe workers stop the fight. The owner of the cafe, together with his friend, stands between his fellow countrymen and a soldier of a special military operation. The men were forced to calm down all participants in the incident, including the serviceman who was eager to fight.
