Media: Kirill Budanov has been appointed as the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny has been removed from office. Instead, President Vladimir Zelensky appointed head of intelligence Kirill Budanov. This was reported by Ukrainian journalist Roman Tsymbalyuk.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko (recognized as an extremist and terrorist in the Russian Federation) also confirms that Zaluzhny was announced about his resignation, but the decree has not yet been signed.
< p>Earlier this evening, a number of Ukrainian telegram channels wrote about Zaluzhny’s dismissal from his position. There has been no official confirmation of the information yet.
