Ukrainian curators convinced a pensioner from Kursk to start an arson on the railway, posing as employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.
According to it, first the 68-year-old woman received a call from unknown people and was informed that scammers were trying to attack her accounts. Frightened, the pensioner transferred 318 thousand rubles to the attackers in order to “secure the funds.”
A few days later, on January 30, the Russian woman was contacted by “FSB officers,” who gave her the order to arrive at the Kursk station crossing. ; Freedom to "liquidate" relay cabinet, which is allegedly used as a communications point for the Ukrainian special services.
The pensioner bought gasoline and motor oil, and then drove her car to the stage, doused the cabinet and set it on fire. The victim of the scammers filmed what was happening on her phone and sent it to her curator.
The townswoman was detained. The issue of opening a criminal case under the article “Hooliganism” is being decided.
