MOSCOW, February 2 In 2023, Russians transferred about 27.7 trillion rubles through the fast payments system (SBP), which is double more than a year earlier, the press service of the Bank of Russia reported.
“»Citizens transferred about 27.7 trillion rubles through SBP, which is 2 times more than a year earlier. They paid for goods even more actively using this service and services. The total amount of purchases through SBP amounted to 3 trillion rubles,» the report says.
In total in 2023, according to the Central Bank, over 7 billion transactions were made through SBP for a total amount of 31 trillion rubles, a third of them fell in the fourth quarter.
